Because they are great together and rely on each other for full functionality, I have bundled all the Feed the Beast mods together. They're what I currently use for a modded Minecraft server! My main complaint is the lack of documentation for certain mods. This is something to be aware of. FTB Backups Game versions: 1.12, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16. This is a configurable server backup system that is created only when players are online. Fakeroot FTB Quests Game Versions: 1.12, 1.15, 1.16 For those that want a server with quests, this is a great mod to have. It allows players to create their own quests. FTB Chunks Game Versions: 1.15, 1.16 This mod comes with its own world map and minimap. You can also claim chunks. Only players with whom they are allies can interact or affect the blocks within the claimed area. FTB Teams are a great way to get full functionality. FTB Teams Mod Versions: 1.15, 1.6 This mod adds the possibility for teams to exist. It's not a very impressive mod, but when paired with FTB Chunks & FTB Quests servers run smoothly. FTB Ultimine Versions: 1.12, 1.15, 1.16 This is an excellent VeinMeiner option for newer version. A configurable key allows players to harvest multiple blocks at once. You can also configure a whitelist of blocks for the server! FTB Essentials Game Version 1.16 This mod adds utility command that are essential for running and maintaining a server. It allows players to teleport between themselves, change their nicknames, create homes, and many other things! FTB Ranks Game Versions 1.15, 1.16 If you want to allow permissions on a server, this is essential. It is possible to set ranks for new players and moderators.
